Changed your mind and want to return a product?

No problem. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s).

After this period, we will not accept any returns or issue any refunds or exchanges.


Return Conditions

Returned perfumes must be:

  • New and unused

  • Unopened and in perfect condition for resale

  • In their original packaging, with all labels still attached

  • Untreated and unaltered in any way

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.

Refund, Exchange or Store Credit

When returning your item(s), you may choose one of the following options:

Exchange (subject to availability and stock)
Store Credit (+10% bonus of the returned item's value)
Full Refund (excluding shipping fees)

To choose your preferred option, fill out the return form indicating the item(s) and the action you wish to take.

⚠️ Store credit and vouchers are non-refundable in cash or bank transfer.


Return Processing Time

Returns are processed within 10 business days of being received at our warehouse.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping from the UK or international destinations is at the customer’s expense.

  • Any customs duties or additional fees are the customer's responsibility.


When will I be refunded?

Once your return has been processed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
