Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, including the UK, EU, and international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected delivery method.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email and successful payment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We partner with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and Colissimo for both domestic and international deliveries.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, weight, and size of the package. You will be able to view the final shipping cost before completing your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on the website when available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK:

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g. photos, tracking reference). We will investigate and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to ship your orders on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.).
